How does the Telegram login work? ▾
Send /connect to the bot on Telegram. You get a one-time link that's valid for 5 minutes. Click it — we verify your Telegram identity and drop you into your dashboard. No email or password ever needed.
Do plans auto-renew? ▾
No. Every plan is a one-time purchase. When it expires you drop back to Trial. You decide if and when to upgrade again — no surprise charges, ever.
Can I buy multiple plans? ▾
Yes — plans stack. If you have 2 months left on Pro 3M and buy another 3 months, your new expiry extends from your current end date. You never lose paid time.
What search modes are there? ▾
Normal — plain substring match. Wildcard — * (any chars) and ? (single char) patterns. Regex — full POSIX regex. Wildcard and Regex require Starter or higher.
How long does a search take? ▾
Usually under 60 seconds. Complex queries or large result sets can take up to 5 minutes. The API is async — you'll never time out waiting for it. Results come via webhook or polling.
What payment methods are accepted? ▾
